Greeks and JSU

Greek life and the Jewish Student Union have always had a strong partnership. Half of the Executive Board is Greek with representatives from Alpha Epsilon Pi, Sigma Delta Tau, and Delta Phi Epsilon. In fact, over a quarter of our total leadership is Greek. Aside from providing a Jewish social outlet, there is a lot that the Jewish Student Union can do for you.

Philanthropy
Twenty-five for Fifty! What does this mean? For every twenty-five percent of your chapter that comes to one our events, we will donate fifty dollars to your chapter's philanthropy. This deal applies at all of our events! Twenty-five people at a bar night could easily earn your chapter some philanthropy money! In the past, our Greek sign sheets have included: Alpha Epsilon Pi, Sigma Delta Tau, Delta Phi Epsilon, Zeta Beta Tau, Phi Sigma Sigma, Sigma Phi Epsilon, Zeta Tau Alpha, and Sigma Kappa.

Expectations:
We can also help your chapter fulfill expectations requirements. Through co-sponsorships, we have helped many chapters earn their diversity requirement. Also, we can do presentations for your house to fulfill the requirement. We have done presentations on domestic abuse, Jewish charities, and Jewish life on campus. Most recently, we gave a presentation at Alpha Chi Omega.
