We, the University of Maryland Model United Nations team, would like to invite you to our second ever high school conference, where you will take your shot at negotiating historical and present day international crises.  Will you search for peace and democracy, or assassinate your rivals in a war for power?

The team has started preparing one full year in advance in an effort to make the committees, and the conference, run flawlessly. We take pride in our research and organization, and will ensure that you have the best experience possible. While this is a historically based conference, we hope that this will provide an excellent opportunity for delegates to understand the delicate relationship between groups, and will be able to apply this knowledge to a more modern-day setting, in which there are certainly more factors all vying for the same attention, and communication is immediate.
